Online Kids Club Form

Welcome to Clearview Co-op’s “Kids' Club”!
Currently available only at our Ste. Anne Food Store.

We welcome parents to sign up their kids, ages 12 and under for our Kids Club program. There is no charge to join the club and it entitles you to free treats when you present your membership card at the various departments in your local store. Your card will be sent to you in the mail once processed. Kids Club members are also invited to participate in special events throughout the year plus they receive special birthday cards with awesome coupons inside. Tell your friends to join so they can share in the fun too! 

Club members look forward to the grocery shopping trips with mom, dad or both! Kids can help with the shopping and be able to get their special treats as they visit different departments.

Membership is free, and it's easy to sign up. Just ask for an application at Ste. Anne Food Store, or fill out the online application.
